Test, Trace & Protect Forms

With Laws, regulations & guidance changing rapidly please find below some points for clarity.

• Each & every time you or anybody else come to visit or stay in your caravan you must complete the TTP Attendance form which can be found by clicking here à TTP Attendance Form This is required by Law.
• A maximum of SIX people can be inside your caravan at any one time (children 11 & under do not count)

• Only people from within your “Extended household” or “Family Bubble” can be in your caravan at any one time. Extended households cannot be changed once set. For further information please go to https://gov.wales/coronavirus-regulations-guidance#section-39241

• The NHS Covid-19 App is now available to download to your phone. Once downloaded you can ‘check-in’ when you arrive at the Park by scanning the code below. This does not replace our TTP Attendance Form

• Face coverings are now compulsory in shops in Wales, please wear one if you come to the Office. Staff do not currently have to wear one in their place of work.
• Please do not come to the Park if you are showing any of the symptoms associated with Covid-19
• If you need to or are instructed to self-isolate you should return home immediately. You should not self-isolate in your caravan.
• Please
  • use the hand sanitiser supplied around the Park
  • wipe down any hard surfaces touched with wipes provided
  • maintain social distancing – 2 metres in Wales
  • respect the space needed by other park users, visiting engineers & our staff for social distancing
